our menu does change on a seasonal basis…but here our a few of our main-stay favourites….


House-baked Sourdough – Grilled & served w/

  • preserves or honey
  • eggs poached, fried or scrambled
  • smashed avocado, lime and citrus salt 

Signature Smoothie Bowl – banana, almond milk, hemp oil, spinach, cinnamon, hemp seeds, chia seeds, bee pollen, coconut and mixed berries 

 Paeleo Muesli – with lemon myrtle yoghurt, stewed fruit (gluten, preservative free) 

 BLAT* – Grilled bacon, lettuce, smashed avo, vine ripened tomato, aioli, chilli jam on a stone-baked sourdough 

 Breakky Burrito – Tomato salsa, pecorino cheese, scrambled egg, avocado, baby spinach and sriracha chilli sauce with choice of: – Grilled chorizo OR Tilba haloumi 

Bacon & Egg Roll* – nitrate free bacon, free range eggs on a milk bun; your choice of sauce: Tomato, BBQ, Aioli, Tomato Relish or Chilli Jam

LUNCH MENU 11am – 3pm

Grilled Roast Garlic Sourdough w/ beetroot relish, binorie goats feta and rocket 

Grilled Souvlaki – Pide bread with tomato salsa, quinoa tabouli, mint lime tzatziki, hommus and mixed lettuce.

  • Your choice of marinated: pasture raised lamb rump, free run chicken thighs or organic tofu 

Fish & Chips – Grilled sustainably fished Ocean Trout, salad, beer battered chips & chunky tartare 



CHICKEN – slaw, bacon, caramelised onion, tomato relish

BEEF – vintage cheddar, caramelised onions, beetroot, pickles, lettuce, smokey BBQ sauce

FISH – grilled Ocean Trout, sprout salad, tartare, tomato relish

TOFU – satay sauce, sprout salad, pickled cucumber

FRIED CHAT POTATOES – Harissa salt, sour cream & sweet chilli CHIPS (small, medium or large)
